Italvacuum cabinet tray vacuum dryers are designed in full compliance with the ever more severe cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) norms. They are composed of a heated drying cabinet chamber and of a series of shelves heated through circulation of fluid.

The heating homogeneity of all radiant plates is ensured by a particular collector for the fluid distribution. Upon customer’s request, in some cases the dryer door is heated as well.

Both versions with stationary plates or extractable plates are available.
Accurate manufacturing of the cabinet and the door – where the O-ring is located – guarantees high vacuum levels, and the perfect coupling to the cabinet rabbet.

Tray cabinet vacuum dryers have also special closures and “Particle-free” trays for the complete recovery of powders.

New patented C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® Washing System

The new C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® Washing System allows for the carrying out of the washing and cleaning operations of the drying chamber and of the inner shelves, preventing the operator from coming into direct contact with possible residuals of product and/or solvent that could remain inside the dryer. Furthermore it eliminates any risk for the cleaning personnel.

The new C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® Washing System, with a cleaning
performance over 98% in case of plates inside the drying chamber and 100% with plates extracted (only for the extractable plates version), is a specific technology designed by ITALVACUUM and covered by international patents.

The new C.I.P. MULTISPRAY® Washing System is made of a mobile pneumatic washing unit and a MULTISPRAY C.I.P. diffuser.
